As a Store Manager, you will lead all aspects of store operations, customer experience and driving sales, coaching and developing a retail team. Reporting to the Owners, you will play a critical role in the planning and execution of the company´s growth, including recruitment and development of store team, operations and back of house/inventory management, visual merchandising, marketing, and further development and implementation of best practices.

This person is passionate about the cannabis industry, should possess a high level of drive, energy and presence and will continuously improve efficiencies, procedures and personnel in all areas of responsibility to keep pace with growth of the company.

Customer Experience, Sales & Operations: Drive Operational Excellence

· Responsible for retail productivity, sales and profit, while ensuring that standards of customer experience are continuously met and improved upon.

· Responsible for retail store operations including all back of house duties including stock room/inventory management, Health & Safety, Visual Merchandising and store presentation and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

· Leadership of the store´s retail loss prevention strategy, community and marketing initiatives.

· Stay up to date with industry legislation and regulations, trends and evolving product landscape.

· Oversee and ensure all cash management procedures are being followed including, opening and closing of registers, transactions, deposits, reporting, maintaining, and reconciling cash with organizational POS system and all standard operating procedures.

· All other special projects that might be assigned.

· Abide by all company policies and programs, AGCO Retail Cannabis Compliance.

· Motivate, coach, counsel and develop staff to instill teamwork, create high employee morale and encourage top performers.

· Recruit, hire and train retail store team.

· Create staff work schedules

· Ensure proper documentation for performance issues and discussions and terminations

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Must have an Ontario Retail Manager License and have been employed as a Manager in a Cannabis Dispensary.

· Familiar with all AGCO Reports and Regulations and OCS Product Purchasing

· Cova/Greenline Software experience

· Excellent communication and problem solving skills

· Attention to detail

· Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

· Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience in retail or management

· Criminal background check required

Expected start date: 2020-12-15

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $40,000.00 to $50,000 per year based on experience
